If you would like a refund you must first follow these steps:

1. In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
